bigshrimp has been established with sustained success for national and international photographers, agencies and industry clients since 1998. Aside from full production management, bigshrimp offers customers complete production services from one centralised source, including art buying, casting services, model booking and location scouting. bigshrimp stands for efficient handling, streamlined organisation and high quality production. In addition, the company offers three fully equipped rental studios in which clients have access to the necessary facilities to work professionally on all kinds of studio productions.

SERVICE

bigshrimp is a fullservice photoproduction company with its onsite talent- and location pool. We offer the complete service package such as inhouse casting, booking, location scouting and location management as well as all kinds of production services. This method of working guarantees our clients smooth work flow throughout the entire production. Beside we are working since many years with highly experienced freelance professionals and suppliers. We provide our customers competent and first class service - nationwide and across the board.

In 2012 bigshrimp extended its services to motion picture production, art direction, art buying and directing. Kristian Bodo services projects for image films and many other formats of moving images to be used these days in numerous types of digital advertisement. We do location- but also studioproductions. In Berlin we have rigged our rental studios accordingly.

TALENT POOL

With our talentpool of 1.000 active models, characters, actors and dancers aged between16-80, we are able to satisfy any kind of demand for your shoot. To arrange the casting process as efficient as possible we always keeps the sedcards up to date.

CASTING MANAGEMENT / MODEL BOOKING

We take care of the whole casting coordination. For this, our clients will benefit of our excellent network of all reliable national and international agencies to offer the perfect selection. Modelbooking, travel organisation and accounting complete this kind of service.

LIVE-/VIDEOCASTING

On customer request we also organize and attend Live- and Videocastings in Hamburg or Berlin.

STREETCASTING

We use streetcastings to present new, fresh and unconsumed talents. And also for finding special characters for your project, which are not listed in the archives of agencies. We will be up to your challenge.

Our competencies in location services vary throughout the re- quirements of our clients. We love challanges – no location is too extraordinary to find, we work budget compatible, handle with out delay and work within timings accordingly to briefings. Further on we administrate more than 1.000 locations in our location pool. Most of them are located in Northern and East Germany. Beyond that we are in close connection with location scouts and service companies in Germany, Europe and in some parts internationally. bigshrimp photoproductions are service provided by our scouts – therefore we are able to provide the client with all permits, location contracts and consulting. We manage to satisfy creative as well as technical demands at once and stay within the budget at the same time. LOCATIONPOOL

On the basis of our constantly growing location pool we have the opportunity to provide our clients with locations in Northern and Eastern Germany ad hoc. We offer many types of houses, appartments, loft spaces, public buildings, outdoor locations such as beaches, street- and harbour quarter views. Further on we have various gastronomy locations, hotels, industrial properties, shopping areas, offices, rooftops and a lot more location files immediate available in our database.

bigshrimp has three superb studios for hire in the centre of Berlin.

Depending on your individual requirements we provide our customers with a selection of various rooms for small and large productions at graduated prices.

Our customers place particular importance on our very personal ambience. With requisites from a lean-back shampooing basin to a flexible stove on castors, the bigshrimp team is at your disposal for any productions from cosmetic to still food shootings.

In the former “Drayman Quarter” of the city the bigshrimp studios are located in the “Ritterhöfen” – one of the oldest and most beautiful commercial quarters in Berlin. This means we are in a central location in the heart of Berlin and are easily accessible.

Besides this we also offer a complete range of production services. From assistants to catering, from airport pick-up, equipment to hotel bookings, we offer our customers all individual and flexible extra services.
